As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation in Asset and Wealth Management by leveraging your expertise in GitHub Copilot Python and other key technologies. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the development and implementation of software solutions using GitHub Copilot and Python to enhance asset and wealth management systems. - Overseeing the integration of CICS and VSAM technologies to ensure seamless data management and system performance. - Providing technical expertise in IT Service Management to improve operational efficiency and service delivery. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement JCL and DB2 solutions that meet business requirements. - Developing and maintaining COBOL applications to support critical business processes and ensure system reliability. - Analyzing and optimizing existing systems to enhance performance and scalability ensuring alignment with organizational goals. - Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members to maintain high-quality code standards. - Implementing best practices for version control and collaboration using GitHub Copilot to streamline development processes. - Coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions. - Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime. - Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system capabilities and user experiences. - Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technical implementations. - Supporting the team in adopting new technologies and methodologies to stay ahead in the competitive landscape. Qualifications for this role include: - Strong proficiency in GitHub Copilot Python, CICS, VSAM, and IT Service Management. - Expertise in JCL, DB2, and COBOL for effective system development and maintenance. - Solid understanding of asset and wealth management domain to align technical solutions with business needs. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. - Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
