Job Description

Full-Stack Lead

8 to 11 years building and scaling
Java Backend
Systems, ideally in cloud-first or SaaS environments.
Frontend Proficiency: Skilled in
JavaScript, TypeScript
, and frameworks like
React or Angular.
System Design: Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, APIs, and asynchronous architectures.
Cloud & Kubernetes: Hands-on experience deploying services on
AWS with Kubernetes.
CI/CD & Monitoring: Familiar with pipelines, version control workflows, and production-grade monitoring.
GenAI Usage: Comfortable embedding GenAI tools into the development workflow.
Cloud Optimization: Deep understanding of AWS security, scalability, and performance tuning.
Infrastructure as Code: Experience with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively

Develop and maintain robust backend services using Java
