Job Description

Python Lead Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Python-based applications using Django and FastAPI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Architect scalable backend systems and ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and performance.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Stay updated with the latest trends in Python development and Gen AI technologies.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years
of professional experience in Python development.
Strong hands-on experience with
Django
and
FastAPI
frameworks.
Solid understanding of software design principles, architecture patterns, and RESTful APIs.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools.
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
Proficient in version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to or hands-on experience with
Generative AI
tools and frameworks.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
