Technical Lead

The Technical Lead at Kovai.co will play a crucial role in writing clean, well-thought-out design and code with a focus on quality, simplicity, and maintainability. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for evaluating and recommending technology solutions for application architecture challenges, influencing the team on design and technology implementations, and providing future architectural directions. Effective communication and collaboration with other project team members to deliver high-quality solutions, documentation, and customer support are essential aspects of this role. You will also be involved in DevOps and Agile practices to ensure efficient project delivery. The ideal candidate for this role should have 5 to 8 years of experience in Design, Development, and Testing of large and complex applications using Microsoft technologies such as C#, .NET, and SQL Server. You should have expertise in API/back-end code in C#, ASP.Net, MVC, and WebApi, as well as the ability to develop front-end applications using JavaScript and Angular. Experience with Microsoft Azure platform and services, along with excellent written and oral communication skills, are necessary qualifications for this position. Moreover, you should possess a good understanding of enterprise-scale technologies, architectural evaluation capabilities, and a passion for exploring the latest technology trends related to the products and platforms at Kovai.co. Documentation skills for features and product marketing artifacts, as well as the ability to engage with leads and customers for product demonstrations and troubleshooting technical challenges, are also essential for this role.
