You should have at least 7-10 years of experience in developing web applications using Java 7/8, OOPS, OOAD, and J2EE. Your expertise should include strong Core Java Concepts, multithreading, and a solid understanding of design patterns. It is essential to have rich experience with web frameworks like Spring4 and a good grasp of ORM tools such as Hibernate, JPA2, JOOQ, etc. Additionally, you must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Spring Boot and be familiar with Microservices based design and development. Proficiency in using tools like Java 1.8, Junit, Git, and either Maven or Gradle is also required.,
