Technical Lead

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design and develop C/C++ applications for various platforms including Windows, Linux, and Unix Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code Debug and troubleshoot complex software issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement software features and enhancements

Skills Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in C and/or C++ programming languages. Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Perl.
• Knowledge of software development principles such as OOP, design patterns, and clean code practices. Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Must understand the company's long-term vision and align with it. Should be open to new ideas and be willing to learn and develop new skills.
• Should also be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Qualifications
7-9 years of work experience in relevant field B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
