Technical Lead IAM Automation

As a Lead IAM Automation Developer, your role will involve designing and developing IAM automation solutions using Python, Django, and FastAPI. You will collaborate with system architects and stakeholders to define technical strategies and roadmaps. Your responsibilities will include driving the implementation of IAM best practices across cloud and containerized environments, mentoring and guiding a team of developers to ensure high-quality code and adherence to security standards, and owning and managing the full lifecycle of IAM automation projects from concept to deployment. Additionally, you will integrate IAM solutions with AWS services and ensure compliance with security policies. Your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of IAM automation solutions using Python, Django, and FastAPI. - Collaborate with system architects and stakeholders to define technical strategies and roadmaps. - Drive implementation of IAM best practices across cloud and containerized environments. - Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to security standards. - Own and manage the full lifecycle of IAM automation projects from concept to deployment. - Integrate IAM solutions with AWS services and ensure compliance with security policies. - Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Advanced Python Programming skills. - Proficiency in Django Framework. - Experience with FastAPI. - Familiarity with IAM Concepts & Protocols (OAuth2, SAML, etc.). - Knowledge of AWS Cloud Services (IAM, Lambda, S3, etc.). - Expertise in Docker & Containerization. - AWS Certification (e.g., Solutions Architect). - Strong technical leadership and team management skills. - Experience in System Design & Architecture Collaboration. - Proficiency in REST API Design & Integration. - Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins). - Experience with Kubernetes (EKS preferred). - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum Methodologies. - Experience in Monitoring & Logging (CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus). - Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation). - Proficiency in Git & Version Control Systems. - Awareness of Security & Compliance practices. - Strong Communication & Stakeholder Engagement abilities.,
