Experience:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience as a software developer.
• 3+ years of professional experience working with ReactJS/Node.js
• Experience in leading small team and implementing engineering best practices.

Frontend Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ES6+ features, and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of React.js ecosystem, including Next.js, Redux/MobX, React Query, and component libraries (Semantic UI, Ant Design, Material UI, etc.).
• Familiarity with modern front-end practices such as Atomic Design, Vite bundler, and responsive UI/UX design principles.
• Solid grounding in HTML5, CSS3, and browser APIs.

Backend Expertise:

• Strong experience with Node.js, Express/NestJS frameworks, and server-side development.
• Hands-on experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached), background jobs/queues (BullMQ, SQS, RabbitMQ, etc.), and asynchronous processing.

Database & Storage:

• Must have experience in performance tuning and scaling of applications using large datasets.
• Experience with RDBMS and preferably any NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and optimization.

Cloud & DevOps:

• Experience in building, deploying and managing products in cloud as SaaS.
