Technical Lead - Full Stack - Java

As a Platform Technical Lead at our company, you will play a crucial role in spearheading our platform development initiatives. Collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders, you will identify opportunities, define impactful projects, and deliver data-driven insights to enhance our products, improve operational efficiency, and mitigate risks like fraud. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the technical design, development, and delivery of software projects. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines. - Mentor and guide team members, performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices. - Manage project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. - Act as the primary technical point of contact for the team and stakeholders. - Effectively communicate complex technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Present results, insights, and recommendations to management and stakeholders. - Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and compelling narratives. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors / Masters Degree in Technology. - Experience of at least 2 to 3+ yrs mentoring and managing developers in an Agile environment. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. **Technical Skills:** - Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Reactive Programming. Experience with Angular and Flutter. - Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. - Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP. - Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes, microservices. - Understanding of clean code, SOLID principles, and TDD. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. **Additional Details of the Company:** Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is desirable. Knowledge of fraud detection, risk management, or customer analytics within the financial domain is an advantage.
