Technical Lead - Full Stack Development

You are a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead (Fullstack) based in Pune, responsible for leading a team of developers, architecting scalable solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery. Your expertise in ReactJS (Next.js), backend technologies, and database management will drive innovation and efficiency in development projects. As the Technical Lead, you will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from design and architecture to implementation and deployment. Leading and mentoring a team of 4-6 developers, you will foster a collaborative and high-performing environment. Providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship, you will ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team. Your responsibilities include architecting and delivering innovative, scalable, and secure solutions, designing robust system architectures, ensuring seamless application performance and reliability, and collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines. You will lead the development of frontend applications using ReactJS (Next.js), develop and maintain backend services using Node.js, Python, or Java, and design and manage databases (SQL mandatory, MongoDB nice to have). Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, you will communicate effectively with stakeholders, provide regular project updates, and ensure clear and concise documentation of technical designs and implementations. Your expertise in system design and architecture, proficiency in ReactJS, Next.js, Node.js, Python, or Java, and strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases are essential for this role. You should have proven experience in a Technical Lead role, preferably with full-stack development, experience leading and mentoring development teams, and proficiency in cloud platforms and services.
