Technical Lead Data Modeler

Role Overview: As a Technical Lead Data Modeler at CitiusTech, you will be part of an Agile team responsible for designing and building healthcare applications, implementing new features, and ensuring adherence to the best coding development standards. Your role will involve analyzing business requirements, designing data models, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting data governance initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business requirements to understand data needs and relationships, and design conceptual data models representing high-level business entities and relationships. - Develop logical data models with detailed attributes, keys, and relationships, and create physical data models optimized for specific database or data lake platforms. - Define and document data definitions, standards, and naming conventions, collaborating with data architects, engineers, and analysts to align models with technical and business needs. - Normalize or denormalize data structures based on performance and use-case requirements. - Map source systems to target models for ETL/ELT development and maintain data dictionaries and metadata repositories. - Ensure data models support data quality, integrity, and consistency, reviewing and validating models with stakeholders and subject matter experts. Qualification Required: - Experience: 5-7 years - Location: Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai - Educational Qualifications: Engineering Degree - BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc. Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
