Technical Lead/Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of AI and ML architectures with a focus on Generative AI applications.
• Architect scalable, efficient, and reusable AI/ML systems and platforms, with a primary focus on Python.
• Build and deploy models for Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning, and other machine learning use cases.
• Design end-to-end machine learning pipelines: data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver high-quality AI/ML products.
• Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge AI frameworks, libraries, and tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, etc.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and guide them in technical problem-solving and project execution.
• Lead code reviews, ensure compliance with coding standards, and drive continuous improvement in the AI/ML development process.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and Python-based AI/ML ecosystems.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance in AI/ML solutions, adhering to best practices in MLOps.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and align AI strategy with business goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python.
• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML with a specialization in Generative AI models (e.g., GANs, VAEs, Transformers, Diffusion Models).
• Proven experience in deploying AI/ML models in production at scale.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.
• Experience in building generative models for text, image, audio, or video applications.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts such as supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI/ML deployments and knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with MLOps tools for versioning, monitoring, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) of AI models.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and mentor engineering teams.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, or similar architectures is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related disciplines.
• Experience working with OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar generative AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with edge AI and deploying AI solutions on devices with constrained resources.
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or research publications in the field.
• Certifications in cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and AI/ML-related technologies.
