You are an experienced and highly motivated WorkForce Software (WFS) Consultant with over 6 years of hands-on experience in Time & Attendance solutions, holding WFS configuration and Integration specialist certifications. You will play a crucial role in a dynamic team that delivers implementation, support, and enhancement services across large-scale workforce management platforms. Your expertise in both technical and functional aspects will be essential in thriving in a fast-paced, client-centric environment. Your key responsibilities will include leading end-to-end project activities such as requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and hyper care for enhancement and implementation initiatives. You will be tasked with creating and maintaining detailed functional/technical specifications, test plans, training materials, and deployment documentation. Strong expertise in WorkForce Software (WFS), including configuration and integration, as well as proficiency in using Workforce formula Language and SQL, is necessary. Your experience across the full project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, UAT, and client communication, will be valuable. Exposure to global rollouts and multi-country timekeeping compliance, along with strong delivery experience in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies, is highly desirable.,

Desirable skills for this role include the ability to create Plant Layouts, Equipment Rooms, and General Arrangements, as well as a basic understanding of 3D Modelling software like PDMS/E3D. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical/Production or equivalent field is required to qualify for this position.
