As a Graphic Designer at our company in Gurugram, Haryana, you will play a crucial role in creating captivating and brand-aligned graphics for various media platforms, both digital and print. Working closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams, you will design promotional materials, product brochures, user manuals, and digital content that showcase the technical aspects of our engineering machinery products. Your responsibilities will include developing and designing visual content such as brochures, catalogs, banners, product manuals, and presentations. Additionally, you will create digital marketing materials for websites, social media platforms, and email campaigns. Collaboration with product and marketing teams will be essential to ensure consistency and quality across all designs. You will also be tasked with designing infographics, diagrams, and illustrations to complement technical content and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure uniformity in all communication materials. In this role, you will be expected to prepare final artwork for production, including print specifications, and coordinate with vendors. Staying updated with industry trends and proposing enhancements to design processes and tools will be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you may assist in the creation of video content and animations for product demonstrations or social media platforms. To be successful in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) is required, as well as a strong grasp of print design processes and digital design trends. The ability to create technical illustrations and 3D product renderings, attention to detail, a creative mindset, and problem-solving skills are crucial. Familiarity with video editing tools and motion graphics would be advantageous, along with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. If you have experience in designing for machinery or industrial products, a basic understanding of UX/UI design for web-based platforms, or knowledge of AutoCAD or other CAD software, it would be considered a plus.
