PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead full-cycle recruitment for open IT roles across various domains (e.g., software development, infrastructure, GenrAI, full stack, cybersecurity, UX, program management). Partner closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and functional leadership to define role requirements and hiring strategies. Proactively build and manage pipelines of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs. Provide regular updates on hiring progress to stakeholders through data-driven reporting and dashboards. Facilitate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and debrief coordination in collaboration with the recruiting operations team. Drive the offer management process, including compensation recommendations, negotiation, and closing. Ensure all data is accurately captured and updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Support compliance and background verification requirements in alignment with local and global policies. Collaborate with sourcing and operations team members to manage capacity, identify gaps, and scale support during surges. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education & Experience Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) Minimum 6-8 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally in both agency and corporate environments. Proven track record of hiring across IT functions (e.g., DevOps, infrastructure, application development, data & analytics, cybersecurity). Experience working in a global organization with high-volume recruitment requirements. Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and applicant tracking systems (BrassRing preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
