You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding contract professionals across various tech skill sets, while also managing client communication, especially in delivery-focused roles. Key Responsibilities C2H IT Recruitment : Source, assess, and deliver candidates for contract-to-hire (C2H) positions across various IT technologies. • Client Delivery & Communication : Manage ongoing client hiring needs and ensure timely closure of positions. • Stakeholder Management : Act as a point of contact between client delivery managers and internal recruitment teams. • ATS & Tools Usage : Work on Ceipal ATS and other sourcing platforms to manage pipelines and recruitment metrics. • Team Collaboration & Mentorship (for Sr. & Lead levels) : Mentor junior recruiters and coordinate delivery across teams. • Market Intelligence : Stay updated on contract hiring trends, tech skills in demand, and availability of talent in various regions. • Reporting & SLAs : Track progress against client SLAs, TAT, and hiring goals.
