Job Role - Talent Specialist (Domestic IT Hiring) Location - Vadodara Timings - 9am to 6pm Job Responsibilities: Understand the client's requirements. Research what sort of candidate is required. Search relevant profiles through provided tools (In-house Al Software, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster etc.). Communicate the job description and terms of employment to the candidates and screen them. Coordinate with clients/our sales team and schedule interviews & meetings between the Hiring Manager (client) & the candidates. Communicating the interview results to the candidates and extending job offers. Help the operations team in onboarding candidates. Maintain good rapport with the candidates. Required skills: Communication: You write and speak charmingly. Negotiation: You are a pro at bargaining while shopping. Proactive: You pre-plan what to wear, even to small events. Master’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or a relevant field is a plus. Tech-savvy with ATS, HRIS, and recruitment tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Super organized — can juggle roles and timelines with ease. Up-to-date on industry trends, employment norms, and best practices. HR certifications are great to have (LinkedIn/SHRM/Naukri). Skilled in Boolean search, advanced sourcing, and talent pipeline creation. Analytical mindset — interpret hiring data and improve process efficiency.
