Job Description

You are looking for a Female candidate with knowledge about computer hardware. The job requires handling all hardware-related issues through calls or emails, assigning calls to engineers, and taking calls from users about network issues. You will be responsible for preparing daily pending call reports and call analysis reports, working with Excel or call logging software, and coordinating with vendors and service providers to resolve network issues. This is a full-time job that offers health insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund benefits. The shift is during the day, from Monday to Friday, with weekend availability. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of technical support experience and be comfortable with a take-home salary of 16k.,
