Technical Head (MARINE EXP)

As a Technical Head for a Marine and Oil & Gas company in Cochin, your role will involve overseeing the technical aspects of the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Managing technical teams and ensuring they work efficiently towards achieving business objectives. - Developing and implementing technical strategies to enhance operations and productivity. - Ensuring the delivery of robust technological solutions that meet the standards of the Marine and Oil & Gas industry. - Leading and mentoring teams to foster a culture of innovation and excellence. - Overseeing project management activities to ensure timely and successful completion of projects. Qualifications required for this role include: - 10 years of experience in the Marine industry. - A degree in Mechanical Engineering. - Experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
