Technical Field Manager

As a Technical Support Specialist in the Animal Health industry, your role involves providing technical support to the Zonal Sales team. You will conduct technical training sessions on animal health and products for AFMs, organize and participate in technical seminars and meetings for Animal Health practitioners and Dairy Farmers. Your coordination with the Sales team will ensure the sharing of technical information and resolution of customer complaints effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Provide Technical Services to the internal team and external customers in your assigned geography through on-site customer visits and off-site telephonic support. - Execute a comprehensive technical service plan to maximize organizational goals. - Conduct group customer meetings to raise awareness about relevant scientific practices and advancements, aiming to establish the organization as a preferred partner among customers. - Stay updated on recent technical developments in the Ruminant Industry and enhance the internal sales team's competencies to deliver excellent customer support. - Supervise local clinical trials and market support studies under the guidance of the national technical manager. - Approach customer discussions with a techno-commercial perspective. - Undertake any other assigned tasks contributing to business improvement. Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of field experience in handling various field situations and providing technical solutions to customer needs. - Proficiency in English communication, technical training, and presentation skills. - Knowledge of animal health, diseases, veterinary gynecology, medicine, pharmacology, animal health management, and experience in Pharma products. - Confidence in managing adverse situations in the field.
