Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Executive (Client Communication) based in Ahmedabad. The role involves addressing client inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, managing telecommunications infrastructure, and ensuring effective communication with customers. The Technical Executive will also oversee the project execution with co-ordination with the purchase and account team and provide excellent customer service as part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Mature Email communication
• Knowledge of Electrical field
• Site co-ordination skills
• Understanding of electrical contracting
• Ability to oversee grid-connected and standalone solar power plants
• Transformer termination knowledge and supervisor skills
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Certifications in project management or solar energy are a plus
