You are a Product Lead responsible for delivering exceptional Global Trade Services Direct Markets Dealer experiences by embracing Lean, Agile, and Human Centered Design practices. You will collaborate directly with Product Owners and lead a Product Team consisting of a Product Manager, Designer, and Full Stack Software Engineers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the backlog and lead the development of services - Modernize the STRUTS based GOaLS Java application by 2026 - Foster full-stack software engineering with service-oriented architecture (APIs / Microservices) and Micro Front End (MFE) using Agile/Iterative methodologies - Drive actions to build product knowledge within the team - Manage dependencies with interfacing systems and address risks/issues - Conduct Agile ceremonies such as Stand-Ups, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming - Ensure all Governance, Risk and Controls (GRC) requirements are met - Drive continuous improvement through waste elimination and automation - Guide and coach the Product team towards effectiveness and innovation - Foster a safe environment for experimentation and continuous learning You will use metrics to shape work, anticipate demand, facilitate conversations, and promote learning within the team. **Qualifications:** **Must Have:** - 5+ years of Software Engineering Manager expertise with a strong foundation in design and development - Ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and manage product backlogs - Technical proficiency in service-oriented architecture, APIs/Microservices, and Google Cloud Platform - Experience with Tekton CI/CD deployment pipeline automation and Java programming - Strong understanding of Load/Performance testing, A/B testing methodologies, and containerization technologies - DevSecOps mindset with a focus on development, security, and operational support - Leadership skills in team management, coaching, and motivation towards software craft excellence You should also possess excellent oral and written communication skills, expertise in monitoring activities and tools, and the ability to manage complex integrations and dependencies across different products and product lines.
