About the Role: As a Technical Support Engineer at Borouges, you will report to the Head, Application Development, Packaging Asia South. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support to customers in the flexible packaging area. This includes troubleshooting, responding to quality complaints, conducting new product trials, preparing technical documentations, and addressing general technical queries.
