Technical Director

You will be leading the end-to-end roadmap & delivery of a product for all clients across the globe. Your role will require maturity to handle the complexity of such an extensive responsibility with good people management skills. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects. - Utilizing strong hands-on experience in Java development and system design. - Having a deep understanding of SIP, RTP, UDP, and real-time communication protocols. - Showcasing proven expertise in MySQL and Oracle performance tuning and query optimization. - Demonstrating a solid grasp of network programming, multithreading, and low-latency systems. - Utilizing experience in performance engineering and troubleshooting complex system bottlenecks. - Applying familiarity with Agile frameworks and CI/CD pipelines. - Having knowledge of automation tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Selenium, and scripting. - Applying cloud-native principles to optimize application scalability and maintainability, leveraging container orchestration and automated deployment pipelines. - Proficient in Project Management within Agile and Waterfall methodologies, supported by tools such as Jira and MS Project for sprint planning, backlog grooming, and milestone tracking. Qualifications required for this role: - Mandatory Skill: Software Development (Java/C) with domain experience in communication/Network protocols, System Design & Architecture, and People Management. - Cloud experience in AWS/Azure. - Minimum 10 years of experience in Communication Protocols and CPaaS, and at least 9 years of experience in Java.
