Role Overview: You are an experienced Technical Director who will be responsible for leading R&D, product development, quality, regulatory, and EHS functions for the industrial chemicals business in India. Your role involves driving innovation, new product development, and commercialization while managing technical teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders for sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Lead R&D and product development aligned with market and customer needs - Drive innovation, new product development, and concept-to-commercialization projects - Manage and develop teams of chemists, people leaders, quality, and research professionals - Oversee product testing, validation, benchmarking, and quality assurance - Ensure compliance with regulatory, EHS, and safety standards - Partner with marketing, operations, and leadership on strategic planning and growth initiatives - Engage with customers to deliver differentiated, value-based technical solutions Qualification Required: - M.
