As a Sales Engineer for our AI Product line at Progress (Nasdaq: PRGS), you will play a crucial role in helping our customers maximize the potential of our SaaS and data solutions. Your responsibilities will extend beyond simple product demonstrations as you collaborate closely with sales teams and clients to understand business challenges, identify practical use cases, and showcase how our solutions can deliver tangible value within their organizations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building interactive demos that effectively showcase our product's value to clients, utilizing rapid development tools to visualize and prototype solutions efficiently. - Demonstrating administrative interfaces to clients, emphasizing the ease-of-use, flexibility, and technical benefits of our solutions. - Setting up and showcasing AI-driven agents to highlight automation, integration potential, and user experience enhancements. - Clearly explaining the meaning, structure, and value of data (both structured and unstructured) to technical and non-technical audiences. - Visualizing and presenting data effectively using development tools or low-code/no-code platforms to help clients quickly grasp insights and value while delivering a polished user experience. - Clearly articulating core product capabilities and frameworks, such as "Remi," our internal data management methodology, and highlighting its practical benefits in client scenarios. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering and Rapid prototyping of solutions. - Proficiency in technical demo and storytelling techniques. - Practical experience in AI-agent creation. - Expertise in database and data management. - Development of user-facing experiences using modern tooling like low-code platforms, interface builders, or lightweight coding. - Strong professional client communication skills. - Willingness to work in the US time zone [6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST]. You should have an overall experience of 7-9 years in Building Management System and Extra Low Voltage System, along with 3-5 years of customer sales account management experience and 4 years of working experience as a pre-sales estimation engineer.
