Description
You will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful completion of domain technical deliverables in a project. This includes owning the technical scope, cost, quality, and schedule while working closely with the project MS PM. Your role involves owning project tracking progress and making necessary adjustments to keep the domain project on track. In your position, you will lead the central and local technical delivery of your scope, in coordination with the PM and, when applicable, with E2E TPM. Acting as the primary technical interface and first escalation point within the project for relevant Domain Product and Delivery issues will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be accountable for Domain technical delivery, ensuring it aligns with committed Domain scope, timelines, key milestones, technical delivery costs vs ASBL, and quality standards. Promoting the adoption of DevOps blueprints, supporting Care Handover and project closure, and advocating the use of best practices and reusables for the project are key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be accountable for E2E SW Upgrade Service (SUS) deliverables for the respective Domain and will align and support on delivery sign-off and PTA handover. You will track the ASBL at all times, follow the NCC process including mitigation plans and root cause analysis, approve time booking in ngERM, and ensure cost adherence to ASBL. Ensuring that resources adhere to quality standards during deployment, preparing Delivery Project Performance management reports and KPIs for the respective Domain, and attending Monthly Project reviews to present the Domain project deliverables and changes are also part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should hold a graduate or equivalent degree with at least 9 years of experience in technical deliveries in the Telecom domain. Project management experience focusing on cost adherence and schedule adherence is crucial. Your ability to minimize critical program issues/escalations to leadership will be highly valued in this position.
