Job Summary: The Consultant is responsible for delivering the HighRadius Cloud product implementations of Fortune 1000 clients. He/She will be owning solutioning for client engagements throughout the project life cycle. Key experience: Minimum 12+ years of experience in project/program management, of which 5+ yrs of exp should be in end-to-end delivery management and 2+ years with focus on leading Gen AI deliveries to production and operationalized new capabilities / patterns. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale tech projects. Strong understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, and AI/ML technologies and their applications. Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS services. Proficiency in both waterfall and agile project management methodologies. Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize organizational structures and processes. Experience in stakeholder management at all levels. Knowledge of industry best practices in project management and delivery. Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe) highly desirable Relevant certifications in data analytics, AI, or cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus
