Technical Data Analyst - Python

As a Technical Data Analyst at Addepar, your role involves performing data migration, conversion, and validation projects for clients. You will utilize existing tools and established processes to work with financial portfolio data and ensure project delivery within set deadlines and quality standards. - Convert, migrate, and validate data from external or internal sources using existing tools and defined processes - Complete data projects on time, meeting project deadlines while maintaining high quality standards - Coordinate with project teams, provide regular status updates, and effectively manage expectations - Run Python ETL scripts, and troubleshoot, modify, or debug scripts as required - Identify and escalate key issues to project team members and senior leadership - Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring completion - Adhere to project management processes and drive process improvement for increased efficiency and automation Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2+ years of experience in technology and finance - Experience collaborating with global teams in different locations - Domain expertise in wealth/portfolio/investment management - Proficiency in Python programming and understanding of ETL concepts - Knowledge of financial markets, financial products, and portfolio data - Strong written and oral communication skills to convey complex information clearly - Solution-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused on enhancing processes - Positive attitude, strong work ethic, proactive nature, and a team player - Ability to work independently, adapt to changes, and operate with minimal supervision - Proven track record of managing expectations and providing regular project updates Please note that this role will require you to work from the Pune office three days a week in the UK shift (2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST) as a hybrid role.
