Technical Customer Support Lead

As a Technical Customer Support Lead at Canvendor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer support processes and outcomes within the Automotive, Mobility, and Vehicle insights domain. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating self-motivation and proactiveness, taking ownership of tasks and striving for continuous improvement in customer support. - Communicating effectively through both written and verbal channels, ensuring technical concepts are conveyed clearly and professionally. - Managing multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills. - Utilizing analytical skills, particularly in Excel, to work with large data sets, identify trends, and resolve complex issues. - Identifying root causes of problems and providing data-backed recommendations for operational enhancements. - Upholding a commitment to accuracy, quality, and data security in all tasks. - Collaborating effectively across functions and time zones, with a partial overlap with US business hours. - Applying intermediate knowledge of technical systems, APIs, and SQL to support operations. - Experience with support ticketing systems like Jira Service Desk; familiarity with reporting and project configuration is advantageous. - Preference for experience in customer invoicing, billing, or finance operations in a SaaS or B2B setting. - Possessing 5 to 7 years of experience in SaaS technical support, customer operations, or related project-focused roles.
