Technical Customer Support

You will be responsible for the Inbound tech sales process. Your role will involve providing technical assistance to US/AUS and Canadian customers 24x7 with the help of our skilled technicians. Key Responsibilities: - Must have experience of at least 6 months to 2 years in Outbound tech support in an international BPO. - Achieve monthly sales targets with a hike of 15% to 20%. - Receive fixed salary plus high incentives, daily sales incentives, attendance incentives, and a loyalty bonus every year. Qualifications Required: - Academic Qualification: Minimum of 10+2 / 10+3 years Diploma pass. Graduates are also eligible. - Eligibility: H.S/Any Grad.
