Required Skills and Experience 8 to 12 years in banking industry implementing core banking applications and support services. Experience in FLEXCUBE Core Banking Solution (India version). Functional and Technical knowledge of FLEXCUBE core banking application. Experience in working in large banking implementations and/or application support services for Indian clients. Knowledge in banking domain, especially for India specific requirements. Strong technical acumen & deep working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration Strong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams Preferred Skills and Experience Software Engineering Life Cycle deliverables for banking implementations. Experience in working with FLEXCUBE core banking application vendor (ORACLE). Work closely with the business team to analyse business requirements, organise design reviews, test execution and support.
