Technical Skills : - SAP PS Module Configuration : Extensive hands-on experience (8-10 years) in configuring all key components of the SAP PS module (WBS, Networks, Activities, Costing, Budgeting, Settlement, Progress Analysis, etc. - Integration Knowledge : Deep understanding of integration points between SAP PS and other SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HR). - Functional Specification Writing : Proven ability to write clear and detailed functional specifications for custom developments. - Project Lifecycle Methodologies : Experience in applying both Agile and Waterfall project lifecycle methodologies. - SAP S/4HANA (Desirable) : Prior experience working with SAP S/4HANA Project Systems is a significant plus. - SAP Fiori Apps for PS (Desirable) : Familiarity with and experience in utilizing SAP Fiori applications for Project Systems. - ABAP Collaboration : Experience in working closely with ABAP developers to implement custom solutions. - Testing : Proficient in creating and executing test plans and test cases. - Data Migration (Basic Understanding) : Basic understanding of data migration concepts related to SAP PS. Functional Skills : - Strong understanding of project management principles and practices. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements related to project planning and execution. - Excellent understanding of cost management and budgeting processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. - Strong organizational and time management skills. Qualifications : - Minimum of 8 years of experience as an SAP PS Consultant. - Proven track record of successful SAP PS implementations and support projects. Bonus Points : - Experience with SAP Activate methodology. - Knowledge of integration with Primavera or MS Project. - SAP PS certification. - Experience in specific industry solutions leveraging SAP PS
