Technical Consultant ( IPA ),Exp : 5 to 8 yearsLocation : Pan IndiaWe are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant Infor Process Automation (IPA)to support the design, development, and deployment of automated workflows andintegrations within the Infor ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have solid experience withInfor IPA, Infor OS, and a strong understanding of Infor CloudSuite, especially inautomating business processes across functional domains.

Key Responsibilities

? Design, develop, and implement business process flows using Infor ProcessAutomation (IPA).? Analyze business requirements to build automated workflows that improveefficiency and reduce manual tasks.? Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to identify automationopportunities.? Build and deploy IPA flows for tasks such as approvals, notifications, data validation,and integration triggers.? Integrate IPA with Infor Landmark, Lawson, M3, ION, and third-party applications.? Configure Infor OS components such as ION, Document Management, andHomepages as part of automation solutions.? Perform unit testing, documentation, and post-deployment support for IPA flows.? Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IPA and workflow automation.? Ensure adherence to Infor best practices, security standards, and governancepolicies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.? 5+ years of experience with Infor ERP solutions (e.g., M3, Lawson, CloudSuite).? 3+ years of hands-on experience with Infor Process Automation (IPA).? Proficient in designing and developing flows using IPA Workbench and Infor RichClient.? Strong understanding of Infor OS, ION, and Landmark Technology.? Knowledge of XML, JavaScript, SQL, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).? Experience in developing alerts, notifications, and approval workflows.? Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.? Strong communication skills and ability to interact with business users and cross-functional teams.
