Technical Consultant

Role & Responsibilities:

Within the technical team and under the guidance of the Team Manager, you will:

• Be in charge of installing, configuring, and upgrading/patching the Product applications internally
• Handle and follow up technical issues (wide diversity and complexity) and perform corrective actions
• Interact actively with the functional and technical teams (including development and architecture) located around the globe
• Provide advice for choices and implementation of interfaces / surrounds (inbound, and outbound), including advice and support on how to develop client reporting
• Propose solutions to address client challenges
• Provide on call support (24x7) on rotation basis and weekend/holiday support
• Support in shifts on rotation basis
• Contribute towards the Technical Knowledgebase (preparation of documents / presentations on related topics)
• Provide training, guidance and support to client IT teams

• Good skills in Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g /12c (Forms & Report, ADF, BI Publisher, Oracle Identify Management (OID/OAM))
• Good skills in handling middleware vulnerabilities and security (CVE) related queries
• Excellent analytical and logical skills
• Ability to address problems with methodology
• Ability to anticipate client needs and be proactive
• Strong motivation to continuously increase quality and efficiency
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Autonomous, rigorous, and well organized
• Capability to work within a global team (spread across geographies) and interact with different teams
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Quick learner and keen to learn SQL, PL/SQL and Oracle database and new technologies
