Job Description

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You have:

Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of experience in EoSDH and LAN/WAN/Networking.
Expertise support channel with the global TSC teams, Optics L3 TEC, and Services PLM.
Expertise in various tools in continuous improvement.
Hands on experience on DWDM, OTN and GMPLS.
Experience in diagnose and solve customer complex problems remotely.

It would be nice if you also had:

Exposure in reproducing system test specifications, Performance Test Specifications, Test Plans, and other documentation for product recommendations.
Exposure in simulating customer problems in a lab environment.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Demonstrate technical projects with manageable risks and resource requirements or oversee small teams.
Provide leadership and training to less experienced personnel.
Share initial ideas for the professional direction of their organizational unit.
Expertise and deliver advanced system troubleshooting methods, such as system-level tracing, debugging, and protocol flow analysis.
Identify, reproduce, and characterize defects, collaborating promptly with R&D teams.
Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and report creation.
Support technical activities in early product phases (releases, pilots, trials, and early projects).
Provide technical support for NOKIA 1830 PSS (OTN) products.
