Technical Assistant (Procurement)

You will be responsible for communicating in German language for technical conversations and handling Excel tasks proficiently. You should have the ability to comprehend quotations from suppliers and convert them into purchase requests. An understanding of the downstream purchasing processes with purchasers and approval procedures with management is essential. You will need to be familiar with practical challenges that may arise among requestors, purchasers, and approvers. Additionally, a deep understanding of purchase-related terminology in both English and German is required. Being proactive in communication to ensure timely issuance of purchase orders within specific SLAs is crucial. To be successful in this role, you should hold a B.E/B.Tech degree in Computer Science or related field and have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. A collaborative team player with strong communication skills in both English and German, along with good interpersonal skills, would be an ideal fit for this position.,
