We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Product Manager to lead our Innovation Labs at the India Delivery Center. The primary goal of this role is to define and execute the strategy for our innovation labs, fostering a culture of innovation and driving cutting-edge projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent customer and stakeholder management skills, and a passion for innovation. Key Responsibilities: Define the strategy for the innovation labs, aligning with business and technical drivers. Engage with customers willing to innovate with us. Collaborate with government bodies like Nasscom, collaborate with the AI Labs within the Office of the CTO and inspire the delivery teams to create a prioritized backlog of innovation items. Elaborate on innovation items with epics, stories, dependencies, estimates, task breakdowns, test criteria, required documentation, idea presentation, and success criteria. Identify resources in collaboration with delivery and capability leaders, early career associates, interns, AI labs, and other units within the Office of the CTO. Execute innovation items as mini-projects, often in collaboration with external bodies, academia, partners, and customers. Run projects in short sprints with full visibility of progress, retrospectives, and demos. Governs all end to end innovation labs projects and presents status to senior leadership. Be the internal and externally facing evangelist of the Innovation Labs of Version 1 India Delivery Center. Publishes reports, blogs and white papers and attends events and conferences showacasing the innovation ideas, POCs, MVPs coming out of the Innovation Labs. Helps AI Labs and Pre-sales / Business Development and Commercial teams to present the achievements of the Innovation Labs with the POCs/MVPs fully or partially to win deals. Hackathon Planning: Plan, socialize, gather participation, structure teams, resources, and arrange infrastructure to run hackathons on different ideas gathered from teams, customers, partners, leadership, and other units like the Office of the CTO. Leads the innovation solution of several backlog items. Solutions to include functional architecture, Business Process and UI design, technical architecture and design , deployment architecture , CI/CD, technical task break down , test strategy. Provides technical leadership, solution and technology coaching to the innovation lab MVP teams including design reviews, code reviews, issue resolution etc.
