Role Overview: HiLabs is seeking Technical Architects, Tech Leads & Sr. SDEs to join their team in Bangalore/Pune, India. As a leading Software as a Service (SaaS) company specializing in AI solutions for the US healthcare industry, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative digital products and services. Your responsibilities will include full-stack application development, creating reusable components, designing robust architectures, and collaborating with the team to ensure high-quality software. Key Responsibilities: - Perform full-stack application development encompassing front-end and back-end technologies - Design and develop modular components/APIs tailored to business requirements - Utilize various front-end technologies to create responsive user interfaces - Architect and build a resilient application tier and backend infrastructure using diverse technologies - Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle from concept to deployment - Lead the team in software development, testing, and deployment processes - Adhere to best design and development practices to deliver high-quality software - Write efficient, secure, and reliable code while maintaining code integrity through reviews and debugging Qualifications Required: - Graduation in Engineering from a reputed institution - 5 to 10 years of experience in JAVA/J2EE/Spring application development - Proficiency in object-oriented programming and Spring technologies - Expertise in Microservices, RESTful API design, and system architecture - Familiarity with React, jQuery, HTML5/CSS3, and Bootstrap - Knowledge of Big Data technologies and AWS cloud environment is advantageous - Experience with Version Control tools like Bitbucket/GIT and Maven/Jenkins, JIRA - Exposure to Agile software delivery practices and CI/CD tools - Strong passion for technology and problem-solving - Excellent collaboration and leadership skills to work effectively with teams Additional Company Details: HiLabs is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
