As a Technical Architect (JavaScript) at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading and mentoring cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality software products. Your expertise in Node.js and React.js with MongoDB will be instrumental in guiding teams to make sound technical decisions. Collaborating with product, design, QA, and business teams, you will align technical efforts with product goals and drive continuous improvement in software development processes and deployment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality software products. - Take ownership of product architecture and guide teams in making sound technical decisions, especially in Node.js and React.js with MongoDB. - Provide technical input and strategic direction across projects involving Python, Java, Android, Flutter, and Kafka. - Collaborate closely with product, design, QA, and business teams to align technical efforts with product goals. - Define and enforce engineering best practices and help build a high-performing, collaborative team culture. - Identify performance bottlenecks, ensure scalability and maintainability of solutions. - Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and deployment. - Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and accountability within the teams. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in overall & also software development lifecycle with a strong track record in technical leadership or team management. - Proficient in Node.js and React.js with MongoDB. - Familiarity or working knowledge of Python, Java, Android, Flutter, and Kafka. - Strong system design and architecture skills, particularly in micro services and distributed systems. - Experience leading agile development teams and delivering complex software projects. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team-building skills.
