Technical Architect/Lead (Node & React)

As a Technical Architect specializing in JavaScript, you will play a crucial role in our organization by leveraging your expertise in Node.js and React.js, along with familiarity in Java, Android, Flutter, and Kafka. Your responsibilities will include leading and mentoring cross-functional engineering teams, guiding product architecture decisions, and providing technical input across various projects. Collaborating closely with product, design, QA, and business teams will be essential to align technical efforts with product goals. Your role will also involve defining and enforcing engineering best practices, identifying performance bottlenecks, ensuring scalability, and driving continuous improvement in software development processes. By fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and accountability within the teams, you will contribute to building a high-performing and collaborative work environment. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, along with at least 8 years of experience in software development lifecycle, technical leadership, or team management. Proficiency in Node.js and React.js with MongoDB, strong system design and architecture skills, and experience leading agile development teams are key qualifications required. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team-building skills will further enhance your performance as a Technical Architect. Preferred qualifications include experience in the product development domain, background in the SaaS industry, familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
