Technical Architect - Network & Security (NS1)

Role Overview: As a Network Engineer at our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and project scope to develop network designs and roadmaps for technology solutions aligned with the overall IT strategy and goals. Your role will involve participating in solution design and execution, collaborating with Customer IT teams to ensure that design solutions meet the organization's network and security requirements, and configuring and troubleshooting different OEM products to ensure proper operation of the SD-WAN, LAN, and WLAN according to architectural design and standards. You will also be expected to monitor solution performance, identify and resolve issues, provide training to team members, document solutions, and collaborate with other IT teams to integrate the solution with existing systems. Additionally, you will interface with vendors for evaluation, implementation, and support of deployed network gear, work on resolution of complex or escalated issues or network outages, and manage SOPs, knowledge documents, and KB articles.
