Job Description

Overview:

Technical Architect MDM

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and lead end-to-end
Informatica Customer 360 (IDMC)
implementations.
Design MDM data models, match & merge rules, survivorship logic, and hierarchy management.
Develop and integrate REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based MDM workflows.
Define and own NFRs (performance, scalability, security, resilience).
Drive CI/CD, automation, DevSecOps practices and ensure secure delivery.
Collaborate with data governance teams to enforce quality and stewardship.
Mentor engineers and ensure alignment across squads, chapters, and external partners.
Lead continuous improvement, resolve complex technical issues, and influence architectural decisions.

Technical Skills (Mandatory):

Strong hands-on experience with
Informatica MDM / Customer 360 (IDMC)
.
Expertise in MDM concepts:
data governance
,
data quality
,
match & merge
,
survivorship
,
hierarchy management
, and
master data domains
.
Proficiency in REST APIs, microservices, JSON, XML, and Web Services.
SQL and database experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server).
Strong grounding in Object-Oriented Design, design patterns, and solution architecture.
Cloud platforms:
Azure
or
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
.
CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Git, JFrog) and build tools (Maven, npm).
Containerization & orchestration:
Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform
.
Monitoring tools: Kibana, Heap, AppDynamics, GTM.
Security frameworks: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, API security principles.
Understanding of networking concepts (load balancing, firewalls, proxies).

Preferred Skills:

Experience with
AI/ML models
for identity matching or data quality.
Exposure to performance testing and observability tools.
Background in Financial Services / Insurance domain.
