Job Description : 12 years of IT experience and minimum 3 years of experience on Azure VMware Solution and 5 years of experience on VMware vSphere Azure cloud services deployments and cloud migrations Responsibilities You will partner with program managers and service delivery teams to plan architect and guide complex infrastructure deployments and migrations for large enterprise customers moving customers from on-premises VMware environments to Azure VMware Solution You will work directly with customer application infrastructure and security stakeholders to define requirements strategy and processes for successful design deployment migrations Maintain knowledge of the latest on (Azure)AVS and VMware products in order to propose designs to customers and act as subject matter trainer for other specialists Share knowledge with others through solution documents engage technical communities build automated selfhelp solutions and create training Qualifications: Successful Candidate Competencies Relevant experience in architecting and designing datacentre and cloud infrastructures using VMware and Microsoft technologies Knowledge and implementation experience designing and developing solutions using VMwares Core Cloud Infrastructure oRequired Azure VMware Solution oRequired VMware vSphere 60 and above oRequired VMware NSXT network virtualization technologies NSX edge services DNS DHCP Gateway Firewall Distributed Firewall NSX implementation NSX migration from vlan or NSXv oRequired VMware vSAN oRequired VMware HCX Advanced Enterprise oPreferred VMware Site Recovery Manager vSphere Replication oPreferred VMware management suite vCD vROps vRNI vRLI oPreferred VMware Cloud Director Experience with onpremisestoCloud or cloudtocloud migrations with VMware HCX Experience with relevant Azure technologies like oRequired Azure ExpressRoute and Azure VPN oRequired Azure Virtual WAN and Azure Route Server oRequired Azure networking oPreferred Azure Disk Pools and Azure NetApp Files oPreferred Azure Monitoring and Security technologies Monitor Arc Security Center oPreferred 3rd party network virtual appliances firewalls loadbalancers routers for Azure and VMware environments Experience and good understanding of any leading cloud management systems and solutions Strong core platform architecture concepts including hardware platform hypervisor Networking security data protection high availability monitoring ing patching etc Familiarity with security compliance standards across a variety of enterprise IT landscapes Experience with Azure Hosting or Infrastructure background and public cloud highly desired A good understanding of datacenter networking fabric topologies and common architectures deployed both Layer 2 and Layer 3 based is highly desired Strong presentation influencing and communication skills Education Qualifications BS or postgraduate degree in Computer Science or technologyfocused discipline or equivalent experience VCDXDCVCMA certification is preferred but not required CCDP CCNP VCPNV certification is preferred but not required Desired Qualifications Experience working with enterprise customers on Azure specific solutions and deployment Ability to communicate effectively with corporate customers possess an understanding of the onboarding process and demonstrate a vision for the future Excellent customer service skills good oral and written communication skills proven ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations involving the most critical and politically charged customer situations to lead projects and to motivate others Skills Mandatory Skills : Azure Cloud Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Cloud Solution Architecture, Enterprise Cloud Architecture
