Technical Architect (JavaScript)

As a Technical Lead at our company, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality software products. You will take ownership of product architecture and guide teams in making sound technical decisions, especially in Node.js and React.js with MongoDB. Your role will involve providing technical input and strategic direction across projects involving Python, Java, Android, Flutter, and Kafka. Collaborating closely with product, design, QA, and business teams to align technical efforts with product goals will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will define and enforce engineering best practices, help build a high-performing, collaborative team culture, identify performance bottlenecks, ensure scalability and maintainability of solutions, drive continuous improvement in software development processes and deployment, and foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and accountability within the teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor 20 cross-functional engineering people to deliver high-quality software products. - Take ownership of product architecture and guide teams in making sound technical decisions, especially in Node.js and React.js with MongoDB. - Provide technical input and strategic direction across projects involving Python, Java, Android, Flutter, and Kafka. - Collaborate closely with product, design, QA, and business teams to align technical efforts with product goals. - Define and enforce engineering best practices and help build a high-performing, collaborative team culture. - Identify performance bottlenecks, ensure scalability and maintainability of solutions. - Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and deployment. - Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and accountability within the teams. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in software development lifecycle, with a strong track record in technical leadership or team management. - Proficient in Node.js and React.js with MongoDB. - Familiarity or working knowledge of Python, Java, Android, Flutter, and Kafka. - Strong system design and architecture skills, particularly in microservices and distributed systems. - Experience leading agile development teams and delivering complex software projects. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team-building skills.
