Job Description

12+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a Technical Lead role.
Strong expertise in Azure Cloud Services (Compute, Storage, Networking, Security, PaaS, Serverless, etc.).
Expertise in Generative AI (Azure OpenAI, GPT, LLMs) and integrating AI models into enterprise applications.
Proficiency in OCR technologies (Azure Cognitive Services, Tesseract, Abbyy, etc.) for document processing.
Experience in SAP and Oracle integration using APIs, BAPIs, IDocs, RFCs, and middleware solutions.
Strong knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management, Azure Functions, and event-driven architectures.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to mentor developers, and drive technical decision-making.

Key Requirements

Lead the technical delivery of an Azure-based application ensuring adherence to best practices and design principles.
Conduct Product vs. Client Expectations Gap Analysis to identify discrepancies between the developed solution and client needs, ensuring continuous alignment and feature enhancements.
Ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical requirements.
Collaborate closely with the development team to address and resolve technical challenges related to the product.
Ensure seamless communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive effective solutions.
Provide technical guidance to developers and collaborate with DevOps engineers and business stakeholders to align the technology with business goals.
Hands on python
Should have knowledge on Private and Public cloud, infra provisioning
Should be hands on technically, should be able to assist with triaging the issues in function apps and logic apps.
