Technical Anchor

As a Technical Anchor at Ford Credit IT, you will be part of a team dedicated to developing enterprise-scale applications and building SaaS products in the Document Generation Domain. Your role will involve working on a balanced product team to define, design, develop, and deploy Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for developing Form Data Models, Form Fragments, AEM Designer Forms-XDPs, Java, and hosting the application in the Cloud within the Smart Secured Document Team. Key Responsibilities: - Strong understanding of AEM Forms Architecture, Sling, OSGI, JCR, and Dispatcher. - Setting up AEM environments, deploying to production, and supporting the building of packages and upgrades. - Optimizing AEM Forms applications for performance, scalability, and security in a cloud environment. - Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines for AEM Forms deployments on AEMaaCS, ensuring automated testing and efficient release cycles. - Designing and implementing cloud-native AEM Forms solutions, leveraging AEMaaCS features like Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and headless capabilities. - Building and maintaining digital expertise by researching the latest industry trends and standards, driving innovation through PoCs and experiments. - Building highly resilient applications and microservices with 100% availability for multiple teams using GCP features, scalable to handle 1 lakh+ transactions in the Smart Secured Document space. - Building a workflow to author and generate documents using AEM components and Java microservices. - Evaluating potential solutions using technical and commercial criteria to support cost and service requirements with a continuous improvement and innovative mindset. Qualifications Required: - Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related technologies. - Proficiency in Java programming and cloud technologies. - Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native solutions. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. - Prior experience in setting up AEM environments and optimizing AEM Forms applications would be advantageous.
