What's The Role
As a Technical Analyst or Subject Matter Expert (SME) in End User Computing (EUC), you'll be the technical backbone ensuring our digital workspace runs smoothly and securely. This role is all about hands-on expertise you'll design, implement, and support key components of our EUC environment, enabling seamless experiences for thousands of users. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies like Mobile Device Management (MDM), Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and modern operating systems across Windows, iOS, macOS, and Android. Your deep technical knowledge will help us deliver reliable, scalable solutions that keep our workforce connected and productive. What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the design, implementation, and support of digital workspace infrastructure solutions
- Serve as SME for EUC technologies including MDM, VDI, and endpoint operating systems
- Manage and optimize client platforms: Windows 11, iOS, macOS, Android
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of EUC solutions
- Provide technical leadership in deploying and managing solutions from vendors such as Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, CA Technologies, and others
- Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for EUC infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to end user computing
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in the digital workspace domain
What You Bring
- 912 years of experience in End User Computing (EUC)
- Expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
- Strong knowledge of client operating systems: Windows, iOS, macOS, and Android
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Citrix, VMware Horizon, Workspace ONE, and Microsoft Intune
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Certifications in MDM, VDI, or similar technologies are a plus
- A collaborative, proactive approach with a commitment to supporting team success
- Curiosity and a passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of technology trends
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
