AdministrativeSupport: -Managethe Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, andtravel arrangements. -Handleincoming correspondence and communications, ensuring timely responses. -Organizeand maintain confidential files, records, and documents. Communication: -Actas a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuringclear and effective communication. -Draftand edit technical reports, emails, and other documents as needed. -Preparemeeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
