To excel in this role, you are expected to possess a high level of thinking and working, either through relevant qualifications or substantial experience. Prior knowledge of HRM and experience in software or business analysis will be advantageous. Effective communication skills in Dutch, both written and verbal, are essential. Your ability to navigate various personalities and situations, coupled with strong organizational skills, will be valuable assets in this role.
